Tour 2

Group meeting and accommodation in tourist complex "Hlupinskaya Buda." If there is enough time, you will have a short walk in the neighborhood. You will be able to see garganeys, hobbies, snipes, bluethroats, cushats, wrynecks and other kinds of woodpeckers, common and bank swallows bluethroats, nightingales, black redstarts, white throats, chiffchaffs, jays, gray shrikes, grosbeaks, greenfinches and many other birds. 

Day 2:

· An excursion to the flood lands showing ruffs, tereks, little and black terns, whiskered terns, black-tailed godwits, wood sandpiper and ring dotterels. (photo)

· Lunch is served outdoors to the accompaniment of a friendly chorus of frogs and trills of skylarks.

· Afternoon – a sightseeing tour to the Museum of Nature, where you can see all the diversity of flora and fauna of the park.

· Immediately after the museum – a visit to the village of Simonichskaya Rudnya, where you can see fresh-water turtles on a sunny day. In the neighborhood of the village you are likely to watch black storks, orioles and greater spotted woodpeckers.

· In the evening, after a short rest and dinner – a tour for all comers to see and listen to owls (eagle-owls, pygmy-owls, tawny owls and others). 

Day 3:

• This day is meant for excursions to the woods. You can watch white-collared flycatchers, pied flycatcher, red-breasted flycatchers, nuthatches, treecreepers, grosbeaks, marsh tits, green sandpipers and up to 7 species of woodpeckers. (photo)
• During this tour you can see spoors of the European bison, as well as enjoy an imperial hero of Belarusian forests. (photo)
• Lunch usually takes place in a summerhouse next to the oak forest, which allows you to watch birds.
• After lunch – a walk through the pine forest. During this tour you can see a large number of dragonflies, butterflies and also a number of plants including tuberiferous toothworts, butterfly orchids and the European pinesap (hipopitus monotropa). 
  
  

Day 4:

· An excursion by boat to the habitats of azure tits of mountain taiga species, which does not nest in Western Europe. On floodplain meadows you can also see black storks, which hunt for amphibians and fish. Garganeys, shovelers, pintails and bluebills appear over tranquil backwaters. There are soaring white-tailed eagles, spotted eagles and marsh harriers in the sky. Falcons fly swiftly. (photo)

· Lunch takes place on the river bank. After lunch you will enjoy a boat trip to the colony of common herons and cormorants.

· During the journey you will have a short stopover on the bridge over the Pripyat. It offers views of the surrounding area. There is also a good opportunity to observe bluethroats and penduline tits in their natural habitat. (photo)

· On the territory of “Mlynok” reservoir you can see different kinds of terns. The surrounding area is rich in beaver dams. You can stay until nightfall and watch their activities. Moreover, there is a great chance to hear eagle-owls in this area at nightfall. (photo)

Day 5:

· In the morning after a short walk in the neighborhood you are invited to go to the high bog, where you will find not rich, but peculiar vegetation and amazing scenery. (photo)

· Then the group moves to the bank of the Pripyat. There you will get on a small motor ship and go from the village of Pererov to the village of Lyaskovichi. A picnic will be served on the river bank. During a slow walk along the river you can meet birds of prey, such as white-tailed eagles, greater spotted eagles and lesser spotted eagles. (photo)

· During a stopover you will visit the habitats of azure tits. While the group is walking, a delicious fish soup and shish kebabs are being prepared right there on the river bank.

· After a picnic you will move to tourist complex “Lyaskovichi” and accommodate there. You can have a short walk in the neighborhood of the tourist complex. (photo)

Day 6:

· If you wish, you can get up very early in the morning in order to hear mating wood grouse (The group size should be limited for this tour). Then the group moves to the fields where black grouse inhabit. You can also meet roe deer,

wild boars and deer there. (photo)

· After lunch the group travels by boat to the flood-plain oak forests and meadows. On the flood-plain meadows you can see ruffs, tereks, ring plovers, marsh sandpipers, little, black and whiskered terns, black-tailed godwits, catchers, great white herons and others. While walking there is a good opportunity to observe the living nest of white-tailed eagles. (photo)

·  In the evening at nightfall you are invited to a tour by boat. You can watch beavers, muskrats and American minks in the headlights.
